Cancellation Policy

 

Salon Facci understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments for which clients are a “no-show“ will be required to pay for service upon booking when rescheduling their appointment. 

 

Late Policy

 

Please note if you are 10 minutes or more late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your Service if it cannot be completed in the remaining timeframe scheduled. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment it is considered a “no-show“ and you must prepay upon rescheduling your next appointment. 

 

Pre-Booking Parties of four or more

 

Upon booking parties of four or more a 50% deposit is required to hold the appointment time. Deposits are nonrefundable if cancellations made less than 72 hours in

advance. 

 

Here at Salon Facci we will do everything to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as necessary. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel an appointment. Thank you.
